Insurance and Payment

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Rates are: $150 for individual sessions and $180 for couples or family sessions.

Reduced Fee
Sliding scale fee services are available on a limited basis.

Bridget accepts BlueCross BlueShield PPO, BlueChoice PPO, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare plans. Most plans provide coverage of therapy sessions with a copay. If we are Out of Network with your insurance plan, we are happy to provide invoices for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you wish to use your insurance plan to cover treatment, please make sure you’re familiar with your plan’s benefits. It will be helpful to call customer service and ask the following questions to determine the specifics of your coverage:

  • Are behavioral health services covered under my plan and what are my coverage benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible for services?
  • Are there co-payments for services?
  • Are there visit limits, dollar limits, or other coverage limits for my behavioral health coverage?
  • Does my provider manage my family’s behavioral health benefits or is another company “subcontracted” or “carved out” to manage benefits?
  • Will I need a pre-approval, pre-certfication or a referral from my primary care physician to see a behavioral health professional?

Payment Types Accepted

We accept payment in the form of cash, Chase Quickpay, check, or credit card. Payment is expected in full at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any client failing to do so will be required to pay the full cost of their scheduled session.
